The Bank of Expert Persons for the Culture Sector is a public call that registers qualified professionals to evaluate and select proposals submitted to the District Stimulus Program's cultural grants, awards, internships and residencies. Experts can serve as jury members (evaluating submitted proposals) or mentors (providing pedagogical support and advice for proposal formulation and execution). Two profiles are accepted: experts with university degrees requiring four years of related experience, or experts without degrees requiring four years of demonstrable experience in artistic, creative, cultural or heritage fields.
Colombian or foreign citizens over 18 years old with at least four years of experience in artistic, creative, cultural or heritage fields, who wish to serve as expert evaluators (jury members) or mentors for cultural sector grant programs.
Open to artists in Colombia.
