What it is

Más Cultura Local is a programme that materializes cultural rights across Bogotá's 20 localities through three components: Component A provides initiatives prioritized through participatory budgets and local agreements; Component B offers public calls that award economic stimulus to different artistic and cultural agents; and Component C strengthens and promotes cultural connections between agents. The programme supports social and economic transformation of territories and cultural governance in partnership with district government agencies and local development funds.
