The Artist Grant

What it is

The Artist Grant supports emerging artists from underrepresented groups whose practices involve collaborative, collective, or creative processes that benefit their community. The grant aims to improve living conditions for artists, enable them to dedicate more time to developing their practice, increase visibility of their work, and boost self-confidence. Applicants must have a bank account with IBAN in an eligible country and be born in or before 2005. Former or current TSAF grantees are not eligible.

Who it is for

Emerging artists from underrepresented groups with two to ten years of professional experience who work collaboratively and benefit their communities.

Open to artists in Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy and others.

• Updated website or public social media profile showing your artistic works
• Clear outline of how you intend to use the grant and specific ways it will support your artistic development
• Demonstration of how the grant will support you in overcoming economic, social, cultural, physical and health-related barriers to career progression
