When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and Google profile information. If you complete onboarding, we also collect your artistic disciplines, career stage, location, and work authorization details to personalize your grant matches.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Your profile information is used solely to match you to relevant funding opportunities and to generate AI application drafts. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
Content you enter into application drafts is stored on our servers for up to 30 days. If you upload a CV or artist statement, it is used to improve your match scores and draft quality. This content is not shared with other users.
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@meridian.art. We will remove your personal data within 30 days.
